At Maycell Cosmetics, we take pride in creating high-quality skincare products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, but we are happy to assist if you encounter any issues with your order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help! Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at maycell.cosmetics@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).

  3. After reviewing your request, we will offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.


 

Non-Returnable Items
 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Skin reactions or personal preference

  • Orders placed by mistake

     

Order Cancellations
 

We understand that mistakes happen! If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at maycell.cosmetics@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed. Once an order has been prepared for shipping, we are unable to cancel or make changes. However, if you experience any issues, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help in any way we can!
 

Lost or Stolen Packages
 

Maycell Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this happens, please check with your local carrier for assistance.
